Process

How we organize vertigo care

1

Record symptoms and health history

The new patient intake covers dizziness patterns, injuries, medical history, medications, and recovery goals.

2

Complete the examination

The examination reviews balance, movement, eye tracking, neck function, and related symptoms.

3

Explain the findings

We discuss the report of findings and explain which treatment options fit the examination.

4

Build the treatment plan

The personalized treatment plan may include vestibular exercises, gaze stabilization, therapeutic exercise, chiropractic care, or other services.

5

Review progress

Progress re-examination checks how symptoms and movement respond so recommendations can be updated.

What patients receive from our vertigo approach

A plan tied to your examination

Your health history, examination findings, and goals guide the plan. We explain why each recommended service fits your situation.

Connected rehabilitation services

Vertigo care may involve vestibular exercises, therapeutic exercise, massage therapy, or chiropractic adjustments. Combining services helps address related movement limits in one care plan.

A clear safety boundary

Chiropractic care is not the right first step for every cause of dizziness. Sudden severe symptoms, new weakness, trouble speaking, fainting, or chest pain require urgent medical evaluation.

A client scenario this service addresses

A person in Powder Springs who feels dizzy while turning or walking may need more than a general stretching routine. We review movement patterns, neck function, eye tracking, and health history before recommending vestibular exercises, gaze stabilization, or related care.

How common vertigo care methods differ

Each method addresses a different movement or balance concern, so the examination guides the choice.

Care methodMain focusWhen it may fit
Vestibular exercisesBalance responses and controlled movementWhen movement patterns show a need for balance practice
Gaze stabilizationVisual focus during head movementWhen dizziness relates to eye and head coordination
Canalith repositioningGuided head and body positionsWhen examination findings support a movement-related vertigo pattern
Chiropractic careMusculoskeletal function and related mobility concernsWhen neck, joint, or injury findings support this approach

Questions patients ask about dizziness and balance care

How can balance training improve dizziness and steadiness?

Balance training can improve steadiness by practicing controlled movement and balance responses. Vestibular exercises challenge position changes, while gaze stabilization trains visual focus during head movement. Results vary between patients. Our team matches the exercises to examination findings, symptoms, and recovery goals.

What happens during a first visit for dizziness for Vertigo Treatment?

A first visit includes a new patient intake, health history, and physical examination. The review may cover balance, eye tracking, neck function, injuries, headaches, and mobility. We then explain the findings and discuss a treatment plan. Bring relevant medical records or imaging reports when available.

Which symptoms mean chiropractic care should wait?

Sudden severe symptoms mean chiropractic care should wait for urgent medical evaluation. Warning signs include new weakness, trouble speaking, fainting, chest pain, or a sudden severe headache. Tell our team about these symptoms before treatment. We can help explain the next safe step, but urgent symptoms need prompt medical attention.

Why might dizziness return after exercises?

Dizziness may return when the underlying movement pattern, visual response, neck concern, or balance habit still needs attention. The plan may need review after a progress re-examination. Individual response differs, so we adjust recommendations from your symptoms and findings instead of treating every episode the same way.

Can canalith repositioning help every type of vertigo?

Canalith repositioning helps certain movement-related vertigo patterns, but it does not fit every cause of dizziness. The examination guides that choice. We review symptoms, head movement, balance, and related concerns before recommending the technique. Other care may include vestibular exercises, gaze stabilization, or medical referral.

How does insurance assistance work after an injury?

Insurance assistance starts with reviewing the claim information and available benefits. Our office helps patients navigating insurance claims after an injury. Bring claim details and relevant records when available. Personal injury cases may also involve coordination with attorneys and lawyer referrals for qualifying accident-related cases.

What should I confirm before agreeing to a care plan for Vertigo Treatment?

Confirm which symptoms the plan addresses, which services it includes, and how progress will be reviewed. Ask why an exercise, adjustment, massage session, or diagnostic service fits your findings. We provide clear treatment recommendations and explanations before care begins, so you understand the next step.
